Vidigal Vinho Verde (Portugal)
Pastel citric color with green tones. Forthright and deliciously fruity with hints of tropical fruits and flowers. Lovely finish with its forward fruit balanced by signature effervescence. 50% Loureiro, 40% Trajadura and 10% Arinto

Sept Chenes Bordeaux Rouge (France)
This wine is a blend of 4 grape varieties which are Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. On the palate this red wine is a powerful wine with a beautiful balance between acidity and tannins. This wine usually goes well with beef, veal or game.

Excelsior Syrah (South Africa)
The nose shows predominant aromas of dark cherry and sweet flowers.  The mouthfeel is lush and juicy offering flavors of plum, black pepper, black cherry, licorice, and chocolate.  Balanced and smooth. Food pairing:  Braised short ribs with a puree of root vegetables, grilled rib-eye with roasted potatoes, or the popular meat-lovers pizza.


Paul Chevalier Brut Blanc de Blanc (France)
Soft and subtle, this French bubbly has floral and citrus notes as well as toasted brioche flavors. Round and creamy with pear and citrus fruits. Fun and refreshing.
 

850 Douro Tinto (Portugal)
A field blend made entirely of indigenous Portuguese varietals, chock-full of red berry fruit with an intriguing touch of spice that lingers on the juicy finish. There’s an excellent but hard to quantify balance at work here: equal parts juicy, fruity, dry, spicy and savory, making it a super-versatile pairing partner for anything from grilled salmon to bacon cheeseburgers.

 

Saint Nabor Rose (France)
Gris de gris refer to wines made from red grapes but vinified like a white wine with no maceration of grape skins which gives wines their hue. Appropriately, there's just a tint of blush here, but the raspberry and red currant nose points to a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Tempranillo. Light in body and alcohol, it's a zesty red-berry kiss with a refreshingly salty mineral finish. Pair with everything spring, fresh salads, grilled vegetables drizzled with robust olive oil, and grilled shrimp finished with fresh citrus.

 

Veramonte Red Blend (Chile)
Focused and concentrated this wine is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 20% Carmenere, 7% Syrah, and 3% Cabernet Franc.  Dark red in the glass this wine is powerful with deep fruit flavors including black cherry, cassis, chocolate, burnt sugar, and ripe fig.  This wine is very full-bodied and is best appreciated with food. Food pairing:  Game meats like venison or boar, braised ox-tails, blue-veined cheeses like Stilton, Gorgonzola, or Roquefort, and even pairs well with chocolate fondue.

 

Vega Sindoa Chardonnay (Spain)
The pristine citrus and orchard flavors and the bright personality of this impressive Chardonnay are the result of this wine seeing no oak and no malolactic fermentation. The seamless, fleshy mouthfeel is followed by a graceful and long finish that displays hints of tropical fruits, honeysuckle and nutmeg. A super-versatile Spring sipper; rich enough to handle grilled salmon yet subtle enough to accompany a pear gorgonzola salad.

 

Estrella Cabernet Sauvignon (California)
The nose has a distinct dark cherry aroma, but not overly intense. The body is rich in character, slight oak hints quickly fade as soon as they appear, followed by subtle tannin highlights. All-around well balanced fruit with smooth textures make you want to stop whatever you are doing and enjoy life with a glass of this beauty

 

Castillo Las Almenas (Spain)
A wonderful rustic Spanish blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Bobal.  This a combination that balances juicy red fruit with a deeper savory black pepper and herbs finished by structured tannins. Vibrant and fruit driven this is a perfect spring grilling wine that pairs with BBQ ribs, burgers, and grilled mushrooms with chimichurri.

 

La Bella Pinot Grigio (Italy)
Crisp and dry with aromas and flavors of wildflower, acacia, and stone fruit. The lightness of this wine makes it great to pair with clams, mussels, shrimp, and fish. 

 

Borsao Vina Borgia Garnacha (Spain)
Recognized as a leader in quality Garnacha with numerous awards and praise from top reviewers. This wine shows fresh bright red fruit balanced by a fine structure and ample bouquet. 100% Grenache, 10–15-year-old vines from the Campo de Borga appellation. Perfect for pasta, pizzas and even hamburgers.

Weather/Vintage

Vintage:
On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. With bottles of wine listed under $15, we will not hold up an order and will simply automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same type, varietal and winery.

Weather:
During extreme weather during the Summer and Winter months we do recommend delaying shipments. We do not like to ship if the weather is above 85 degrees or below 32 degrees. To ensure the safety of your product we do recommend holding the shipment. We will hold in our temperature controlled facility until weather permits.

During Checkout you may Choose the Hold Until Safe and we will ship it once weather conditions are suitable
In this case, we will watch the weather closely and will remove the hold and ship your order as soon as conditions permit. The release dates will vary, and because there is no specified date for delivery, the warehouses will ship it as weather permits. If the Hold Until Safe option is released and your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice with the tracking number link.
