Listening Station Shiraz (Australia)
Victoria’s cooler climate ensures the grapes used for this wine come in with wonderfully fresh flavours. This Shiraz has sweet spice, black cherry and a lovely menthol, eucalyptus note. On the palate the wine has a medium body with some ripe cola cube notes with cherry fool and fresh blackberries. Pairings: perfect for lamb stew, lasagna, BBQ ribs, and tater tots
Castillo de Corzo Red (Spain)
A Spanish blend comprised of mostly tempranillo, with a little Garnacha and Mazuelo. This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak, adding layer of spice and vanilla to its black fruit profile. Think blackberries and black cherries with firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Pair with hearty stews and grilled meats.
URLAR Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)
The wine is delightfully fruited and attractively fragrant on the nose; honeysuckle, nectarine, and granny smith apple, followed by a vibrant palate that is juicy and flavorsome. The wine offers pristine fruit flavors together with fine texture and bright acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering.
Bell’Agio Emilia Dolce Lambrusco (Italy)
Deep red with violet hints. A fresh bouquet with hints of red fruits, especially raspberry and blackberry. Full-bodied, with a pleasant sweet note, well balanced with some acidity and a natural sparkling note.
Rhody Red Blend (Washington)
Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and earthy notes of tobacco and herb. All leading to a Red Blend that is textured bold and rich while remaining focused. Full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins framing a juicy, concentrated core of sweet, ripe black fruit. Pairings: Fajitas, Smash burgers, beef stew and hearty vegetarian bean chili.
Mas Carlot Generations Rose (France)
Generations is a terrific blend of 55% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Offering up generous aromas of strawberry, watermelon and lime, it's medium-bodied, plump and expansive on the palate. Made in a traditional style, with more color and extraction than the skinnier, more citrusy Provence wannabes, this is a lovely wine, with touches of silk and spice on the finish, not just citrus.” 91 points Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate
Chamisal Unoaked Chardonnay (California)
This Chardonnay is all about purity and focus. Clean, vibrant fruit aromatics; lime zest, green apple, passionfruit and a light floral note. The palate showcases the ability of a chardonnay to be crisp but retain opulence without the influence of oak with a surprisingly round entry followed by long, linear acidity.
Chateau de Camarsac Bordeaux Rouge (France)
Black cherry, raspberry, black pepper, pencil shavings, menthol, blackberry, fresh herbs. Well structured, rich dark fruit with accents of toasted, spicy aromas. The palate is smooth with elegant tannins.
La Fiera Pinot Grigio (Italy)
This wine has a light straw color and a fruity bouquet. The palate is bright, dry, soft, and well balanced. It is a fresh and crisp wine, both floral and fruity; it expresses ripe peach and apple flavors with a subtle mineral finish. Pairs well with lighter cuisine such as fish, shrimp, salads or poultry.
District 7 Monterey Pinot Noir (California)
An elegant, balanced offering, District 7 Pinot Noir is the ultimate food wine. Aromas of cherries, raspberries, and pomegranates entice with hints of vanilla and mocha. Medium bodied with soft tannins, the bright red fruit finish wraps up with a lingering note of sweet oak.
Les Amis de Sophie Blanc (France)
This blend is lively and tangy, with notes of ripe exotic fruits and citrus. Think of flavors like peach and mango, a little baking spice, a healthy dash of lemon zest, and a saline finish that will have you feeling like you are floating in the Mediterranean Sea. 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Viognier. Pair this with appetizers, tapas, antipasti, and salads.
Antano Crianza Rioja Tempranillo (Spain)
This Intense ruby red wine with a smooth palate and a pleasant tannic texture. The flavor of spicy cocoa, roasted coffee beans and vanilla with an aromatic profile with hints of fruit, red berries and spices. Pairs well with any meat dish, or pasta.
