Our Zinfandel is crafted with fruit from California's Central Coast vineyards, revered for their ideal climate. The Central Coast's cooling ocean breezes slow the pace of ripening, preserving precious acidity and sugar levels, while supporting the development of concentrated layers of flavor in the grapes. This slightly off dry, medium bodied red bursts with aromas of rich, brambly boysenberry and rhubarb pie. A palate of ripe black fruit is layered with threads of cedar and caramel. Aging in French and American oak yields toasty vanilla notes and deep layers of complexity.
