A blend by young winemaking phenom Moritz Bak of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvedre, it consists of 30% Grenache Noir aged in puncheons barrels. 30% tank aged Grenache Noir, 10% tank aged Syrah and 30% tank aged Mourvedre. Sourced from 40-60 year old vines with bush trellising.
