Le Paradou Viognier is produced from vines on rocky hillsides located in the Minervois. Planted on porous, limestone soils originating from the Jurassic period, these vines result in a mineral Viognier with bright acidity. It is aged entirely in tank to retain the freshness and purity. Produced from vines at an average altitude of 200 meters. Fresh citrus fruit, with exotic spice nicely integrated in to stone fruit. Great Value.
