Gonzalez Byass was founded in 1835 in the town of Jerez, Andalucia. It is still in the hands of the founder's family. Tio Pepe is aged in the solera system for over four years. Bright, pale gold in colour with elegant & distinctive aromas of fresh bread & almonds. The palate is full bodied, crisp & very dry with a complex, long finish.
