Gayda Flying Solo Rouge 2021

From the Languedoc Roussillon, this delicious blend of Grenache and Syrah is bursting with bright, upfront, crunchy red fruit, the tannins are gentle and there's a charming whiff of garrigue. Winemaker Vincent Chansault says it's the kind of wine "you can have at 11 in the morning". We all would love to know what he has after noon.
