Bonair 'Morrison Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Produced from one of the oldest Cabernet vineyards (planted 1968) in the state, this Cabernet is packed full of cassis, blackberry and black cherry fruit. The balance of fruit, acid and tannin is in good proportion, and the wine is taut and slightly earthy, in a good way. The flavors gather strength and show signs of fleshing out as the wine breathes a bit. Only a couple hundred cases per year are produced.
