Temperature Controlled
The temperature of the storage environment is the most crucial factor in the successful storage of wine. Ideally, wine should be stored at a constant temperature of approximately 55℉. Wines stored at colder temperatures tend to mature too slowly and wines stored at temperatures above 65℉ mature too quickly and can otherwise be damaged. The Esquin Wine Storage facility maintains the ideal temperature for the proper maturation rate of valued wines.
Humidity, Light & Vibration
Most experts recommend maintaining wine between 50-75% relative humidity. Without certain degree of moisture in the air, corks become dry and brittle. Too much moisture can result in mold and mildew, ruining labels and potential resale value. At Esquin Wine Storage, you an be confident that your wine will be maintained within the ideal humidity range of 50-75% to ensure optimum wine maturation conditions and further protect your wines, light and vibration are also carefully controlled.
ESQUIN WINE STORAGE
Convenient Location
Esquin Wine Storage is located at the back of Esquin Wine & Spirits' retail store at 4th and South Lander in Seattle. The Facility is conveniently located near I-5 and I-90 freeway exits and is just minutes from Downtown Seattle. For your convenience, your personal wine cellar can be accessed seven days a week during Esquin’s regular business hours. Plenty of free parking is available.
Secured Access
The security of your personal wine collection is of utmost importance at Esquin. The facility has a fully equipped fire sprinkler system with alarm monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only renters and their designated representatives are allowed access to the storage facility. Each wine storage unit is secured via customer-provided lock. Only you can access your storage locker.
RATES AND DETAILS
Affordable Rates
The Each wine locker has hand-tooled wood planked doors and can hold wine by the case of in storage racks. Hand trucks, dollies and platform ladders are available if needed.

All wine locker rentals are billed quarterly in advance and require a one month security deposit
