Lunaria Pinot Grigio "Ramoro" 2021

This is Pinot Grigio? Yep, with extended skin contact for that light pinkish color (as with orange wines). Pinot Grigio grape's skins are actually grey (gris) and if allowed the time, this resulting wine will be pink. That also adds to the flavor as well. Intense floral aromas and flavors of ripe peach and red currant are joined by an Aperol-like herbal citrus hint. Really fun and produced from biodynamically-grown grapes to boot. You're going to love it.
